Set out to advance the communication practices of the archaic auto financing industry typically characterized by shark companies pushing paper with nefarious business practices. On a mission to help SNAAC strike a pose as the model of a people-focused financing company, Topic created an internal communication strategy to align team members on the vision and vibe of the company, and a content production strategy that highlighted team members and community efforts on their blog and social media pages. Topic also created new equity fonts and color palettes for use across all channels, as well as a new website that organized team workflow through an employee dashboard, offered visitors easy access to assistance and information through a customer dashboard, and expedited deal flow through a dealer partner dashboard.
