Launched on December 31, 2009, ChooseCincy.com is the City of Cincinnati Office of Economic Development Division's new web presence and marketing platform to the world.
The site was produced with its primary users in mind, site selection consultants, commercial developers and businesses interested in establishing a presence or growing an existing presence in Cincinnati. Over ninety percent of the content is reportable, allowing users to develop, share and export custom reports directly from the site.
Users will experience a completely enhanced visit when compared to the previous site, with new and improved ways of evaluating Cincinnati and interacting with Economic Development.
Behind the scenes the site includes a robust custom content management system which easily allows administers to control content, dynamically generate pages, edit features, build tables, and more.
Economic Development's goal for the site was "To deliver continuously improving services through proactive communication that meets or exceeds the expectations of our Cincinnati business community. Keeping true to our focus of supporting our Cincinnati-based businesses, we selected a local Cincinnati firm, Topic Design Group, for the website design. We think they've delivered a fantastic product."
